Upon full project delivery and complete payment settlement, clients own the custom source code, graphics, and content created specifically for their project. GLOBAL WEB WORLD retains full ownership of underlying proprietary frameworks, reusable libraries, and general technical workflows.
4. Client Responsibilities & Payment Terms
Clients agree to provide accurate project specifications, assets, and timely approvals necessary for execution. Payment milestones are defined in formal service proposals.
5. Limitation of Liability
GLOBAL WEB WORLD strives for 99.9% uptime and top performance across all custom builds. We are not liable for external third-party outages (e.g., domain registrar downtime, external API provider issues, host infrastructure failure).
